If the deal sounds to good to be true, it is ! For kitchens we feature Swanstone and Houser sinks. Swanstone is an acrylic sink with a selection of colors and styles for both top and undermount applications. Houser is a stainless steel sink with a selection of styles and gauges for both top and undermount applications. When purchasing a sink, you want to look at style, depth, gauge of product, shape and how the faucet will fit with the sink. When choosing stainless steel you want to look at the guage, the lower the number the thicker the material, the undercoating for sound deading and we recommend the purchase of a bottom grid to help keep your sink looking good over the years. For bathrooms, we feature sink - vanity top combinations. This means a countertop that comes with a sink installed. Depending on the product, different sinks and countertop sizes and shapes are offered. We feature Synmar cast polymer products, Swanstone , Cambrian Quartz and two 3/4" granite programs. We can also do laminated tops with top mounted sinks. It is important when purchasing a vanity top to have the faucet drilling sizes with you. Faucets can either be 1 hole or 4" or 8" centers.
