Yes we are here to make a profit to sustain our company, but we do so with very fair pricing and hard work. We have worked very hard over the years to put together the best installation crews to ensure that our work exceeds our clients’ expectations. If you are working with a contractor, it is very important to let us know this when you come to the store. Each installer has a particular way that he or she likes working with different materials and they may have a definite design in mind. It is important that during the design phase of your project we consult with your contractor. This communication will allow us and your contractor to work as a team which will benefit you. Even after the sale, we will continue at no charge to work with your contractor to make sure that your project turns out the way you want.

2) Design work for your project. Some projects may be subject to a design fee, we will let you know prior to doing any work for you.
3) Delivery of goods to your site. Some projects may be subject to a fee we will let you know prior to your purchase.
4) Installation services for all of the products we sell. We only use experienced licensed and insured sub-contractors and installers.
Any project that we are doing the installation for; we require a site visit prior to the sale of the job. This allows us to make sure that we catch all the details of the project so that our price is accurate and that there are no surprises during the project.
